Connellans Castles delivers to all Nottingham postcodes and Derby postcodes please check delivery postcodes when booking (we also travel to other parts of the east midlands, get in contact if your postcode is not available and we can see if we can accommodate your area.

Key Information:

All of our equipment comes PAT tested, PIPA tagged or has a RPII test. We also have public liability insurance with £5million cover.

All wedding hires there is £100 refundable deposit required.

Outdoor Garden Bookings

when choosing the outdoor slots delivery is between 7am-12midday and collections is between 4-8pm the week of the event you receive 1 hour slots within these time. We advise to plan parties between 12/4pm so that you are guaranteed hire at these times. Outdoor hires are a minimum of 6 hours. If wanting specific times we do try our best but cant guarantee this.

Indoor/Event Bookings

We can accommodate more specific times for indoor or event bookings . Please remember to leave 30minutes either side of the party for set up and collection. We may need longer if it a larger event.

Indoors latest collection time is 6.30pm. Anything after this time is a £35 charge. Please contact us before booking to confirm the timings thanks.

Overnight hires are available for most of our items, for an extra Charge. You must have a safe and secure garden with at least a 6ft fence/hedge, collection will be the next morning am. If you do choose an overnight option and we deem the garden unsuitable we will cancel the over night aspect of your hire, but full payment will be taken.

We ask for all outstanding balances of the items to be paid the day before the hire date, we will automatically send out the invoice to the emails provided. Payment can be made via card or bank all information is provided. Please including your name on the booking as reference. We do not accept cash.

Facepaint and Glitter of any kind are not allowed on the equipment, if we believe there to be any at the party we can refuse set up of equipment and 100% charge will apply for all items. A minimum £50 cleaning fee will be charged if any is found on our equipment.

Please note the hirer will be responsible for any damages including buying of new equipment.
