Overnight Hire

We offer an overnight service this is at an extra charge, this is subject to a secure garden i.e 6ft fence/hedge and a lockable access gate. Whilst equipment is with you this is your responsibility. On set up if we believe the garden is not secure the overnight will be cancelled, but full payment will still be charged. Collection of equipment will be the following morning before 12midday.

Indoor Hire

We offer indoor hires all year round, please check ceiling heights when booking a castle. We also ask for 60 minutes either side of the party times for setup and collection where possible.

Outdoor Hire

We offer outdoor hires between the second week of march until the middle of october. Outdoor hires are weather permitting. We do not hire in heavy or persistent rain, or when wind speeds/gusts above 24mph. This is for the safety of the users. If bookings are cancelled by ourselves due to the weather we try our best to re arrange the date of the event or swop for more appropriate equipment, there are no refunds on booking fees.

We will contact you as soon as possible if we feel there may be a problem with the weather.

Safety Notes

All of our equipment should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over the age of 18yrs, and follow safety instructions given on the set up of the equipment.

Payment terms

We ask for a 20% booking fee (to the nearest £5) which is non-refundable to secure the castle and the date. We ask for all outstanding balances of the items to be paid the day before the hire date, we will automatically send out the invoice to the emails provided. Payment can be made via card or bank transfer all information is provided. Please including your name on the booking as reference. We do not accept cash. We do carry a card machine if preferred, we do not take full payments for outdoor bookings until the day before incase the booking can’t go ahead. Any indoor bookings can pay their balance at any time.
