Fantastic service from start to finish. Always quick to respond to emails. They were friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Arrived for setup and collection within the time frame specified and were quick and efficient in setting up. The soft play items and didi cars were in great condition and exactly as shown on the website.

Fantastic company! Were so helpful assisting which products we could hire, sorting out times, overnight use etc. Lovely staff. We hired the Party tent with lights and smoke machine and it was a huge hit! Will definitely be using again in future

Fantastic service… ordered bouncy castle, music, cars, ball pit and rollacoster for my sons 4rh birthday…. They keep you up to date via email the site is easy to use to order and show exactly what your ordering, Fantastic value for money the kit was all in fantastic condition kids had a blast, they arrived in good time to set up before the party and on time to pack away hassle free stress free and very friendly team… highly recommended !

I would 1000% recommend connellan castles for hot tube hire I hired 1 last weekend for my birthday and they was amazing it was set up in no time they was so lovely and friendly and the hot tube was amazing perfect for keep you entertained this lockdown!

Wow- we hired the crazy golf for a lockdown birthday. Absolutely brilliant kids & husband loved it, the youngest didn’t want it to go back.

5 stars from us. we ordered your castle with slide for the day on Saturday to try to make up for not being able to go on our booked holiday. Connellan's arrived at the time as agreed, were polite and friendly and had the castle sorted in no time. We hired the disco dome. Fantastic service from enquiring about the castle to the castle being collected, it was clean, well kept and they ensured it worked with our phone before they left. Paul messaged to ask if they could come early and arrived at 7:15am and collected at 6:30pm. Paul and Donna are very polite, and friendly. It was set up very quickly and even spoke to my son. The children at the party didn't want to come off it to go home they loved it. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much Connellan Castles for a great product at a great price.
